* Add $190 to all Selmer Saxophone overhauls due to additional assembly time required, special "Selmer Color" lacquer, and tone-booster pads supplied. (Add $110 for repads). All other special pads (i.e. snap-on) supplied for $64 additional.

Repad includes:
Disassembly of insturment; pad removal; replacing all corks, worn springs, etc.; Installing the highest quality tan leather pads (riveted on Saxophones and harmony clarinets-double skin bladder on all other woodwinds); swedge keys as necessary; minor dent work; instrument assembly, lubrication, cleaning, final adjustments, and testing. Prices are based on instruments in average condition- Replacement of worn, missing, or damaged parts additional.

Overhaul includes:
ALL OF REPAD WORK PLUS...

  • Flute-Polishing keys; buffing body; all dent work
  • Clarinet-Polishing keys; restore gold leaf; oil bore
  • Saxophone-Polishing keys; all body dent work; buff body to a high luster; apply durable baked epoxy lacquer.

Flute-Polish Only:Remove keys; hand polish body & keys. $60 - plateau flutes; $80 - french flutes

Clarinet/Oboe-Body Cracks:$50 per pin (one per inch required) or $33 per crack using bonded cyanoacrylate adhesive and finish with grenadilla chips.

Tenon Replacement:Clarinet Center Receiver $120; Center or Lower Tenon $105; Harmony Clarinets slightly higher.

Cork Replacement:Clarinet Tenon or Saxophone Neck - $22 each.
