Yamaha Shokunin News
The Shokunin showroom at Q&F Arlington Heights recently had the privilege of hosting John Yeh of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra!
John was invited by the Yamaha Marketing team to present an in-depth discussion of the Yamaha CSVR, SEVR, and CSG Artist series clarinets for the Arlington Heights Customer Service Team and repair technicians. John began his presentation by playing orchestral excerpts and discussing his long partnership with Yamaha. John has been actively involved in the design and development of Yamaha clarinets from almost the beginning (when Yamaha was working with Renold Schilke on Wabash). The Yamaha Marketing team closed the session by highlighting the design and construction features of the various models.
All Yamaha Bb clarinets are now available at the Arlington Heights store for your students to audition. Since these Artist-quality clarinets are priced significantly lower than their French counterparts are, they represent a terrific bargain for the advancing student.
Keep checking this webpage for an announcement about a Yamaha clarinet clinic featuring one of their artists/clinicians!
