The Help Desk Technician is responsible for the support of printers, desktop hardware and software applications in a primarily retail environment. The Help Desk Technician is the first point of contact for triaging Help Desk requests promptly and professionally. This position reports to and collaborates with the CIO to enhance technology solutions across the company.

Skills and Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems
• In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and printers
• Foundational knowledge of networking principles in a business environment
• General knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 downloadable and cloud installations
• General knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Domains
• Information Technology degree or certifications a plus
• Passionate about music!
Physical Requirements:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers/scanners and network hardware. This position is predominantly sedentary. However, it requires routine use of office equipment fax, copy, and scan. While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, point, type and maneuver items. The employee will be required to occasionally lift and / or move items over 20 pounds. The working conditions may occasionally be noisy due to the demonstration of musical instruments.
